Practice at Orchard Downs 5-6 pm  Varsity hills

Wednesday 

Practice at Orchard Downs  5-6pm  Ramps  pick up at Custard Cup 

All Runners welcome to run

Thursday

Practice at Saint Thomas More  5-6pm

Friday No practice

Walk the course at 9:00am

Girls race at 10:00am

Boys race at 10:45 am

Open Race at 11:15 am open for all runners
