Great Running Last Week.
Everyone is improving. Check out the Results. Compare it to last year
Boys  need to run 12:30 or better to make it to State
Girls need to run 13:15 or better to make it to State.
Boys Team needs their 5th runner to run 12:30 or better to make it to state
Girls Team needs their 5th runner to run 3:15 or better to make it to state
Boys Team is rank 5th in our sectional. (Top Three Teams and Top 5 runners advance)
Girls Team is rand 2nd in our sectional.

Next Week we Start 2nd part of Training.

It is important to Stretch before and after running. 


Monday  Hill Repeats  Ultimate Frisbee
Tuesday Indian Race Paxton
Wednesday Long Run and Ultimate Frisbee
                   Culvers Test. 
                   3 miles without walking
                    Varsity Girls  22 min time limit
                    Varsity Boys 22 min time limit
Thursday No Practice Rest and Stretch
Friday Ewing Park 
Saturday Lake of the Woods
Sunday Easy Run 4 miles
