runners in the top 15. Way to go. Everyone put their heart in. You
should be proud, it was a hot day. Heat index over 100. Most of girls
and all of the boys running passed the custard cup time. Good Job.
Next
Goal is Varsity Jersey. Girls under 13:30 Boys under 12:59. This not a
easy goal. This will take several weeks, be patient
Sunday run easy 1-2 mile to relieve soreness. Drink plenty of fluids.
